I have tried all sorts of methods to relieve menstrual cramps but it still doesn't work. what should i do?

If your periods are regular and you can predict when you are going to sart, you might find it helpful to start the medication the day prior to your expected period. Try Lysteda: Lysteda is a new medication designed to decrease heavy periods. Although not primarily designed for cramping many find relief when the heavy bleeding stops. Another option is to suppress your period completely by taking birth control continuously without the placebo pills. No period = no cramping. Discuss w your doctor.
