Not sure: Never heard of tl +. Was this on a biopsy or ultrasound. In what context does this refer? Maybe someone else will provide an answer but i dont know.

TL=Trilaminar layer: A trilaminar layer indicates estrogen production which indicates: 1. Ovarian follicle recruitment 2. Normal endometrial development that is most recepetive for pregnancy implantation.
