Brush your tongue: Try brushing your tongue. The top surface of the tongue is made up of many finger like projections. Plaque and other things can get caught there and cause discoloration as well as bad breath.

Brush it: Plaque builds up on your tongue just like it does on your teeth. The tongue is like a carpet for bacteria and other yucky stuff. Brush your tongue as far back as you can go every time you brush your teeth. You can also get a tongue scraper, but i personally prefer brushing.

TONGUE BRUSH: Your oral cavity contains over 100 strains of bacteria. The tongue is a good place to hang out so buy a metal or plastic tongue scraper or use your toothbrush to scrape your tongue. Also use a mouthwash or hydrogen peroxide rinses.
