No: After a prostatectomy, there is no fluid ejaculated from the penis, though men may still experience orgasms. After a scraping of the prostate, or turp, orgasms may occur, but the ejaculated semen may flow retrograde into the bladder, which is not harmful at all.

Prostatectomy : If the prostate is removed for cancer(radical prostatectomy) the ability to ejaculate semen is lost. The ability to have an orgasm however, usually remains.
