I have these small circle of dead skin popping up on my body what could cause this?

Seborrheic Keratosis: Seborrheic keratoses are normally painless and require no treatment. You may decide, however, to have them removed if they become irritated by clothing or for cosmetic reasons.

Skin lesions: Are they whitish in color & itch sometimes? Have u had a lot of unprotected sun exposure (or tanning booth exposure) to those areas? May be actinic keratoses, a form of sun damage that has a low potential to become skin cancer. Have fp or dermatologist evaluate them. Several methods for treating them (if that's what they are). Use sun protection every day (sunscreen, clothing).
