Dissociative Identit: The modern term for this is dissociative identity disorder, which is quite rare. Many people unfamiliar with this tend to believe all mentally ill people are extremely ill, psychotic or have multple personalities- mental illness covers a wide spectrum - for example 1/10 people will have depression at some time in their life. People usually get fired for behavior - not their mental illness.

Behaviors: Dissociative identity disorder is very very rare. Even so, an individual can lose a job because of their behaviors (regardless of diagnosis) not for simply having a mental health issue.
