What can i do about a fractured foot?

Depends : Depending on the fracture and location. Seek a podiatrist who can evaluate it and give you a better answer. Some fractures that are displaced need surgical intervention. Others need immobilization(cast, boot or surgical shoe), rest, ice, ace wrap, elevation and padding to offload the area.

Have it looked at...: You will need and x-ray to see if you have a fracture. If fractured, you will need to be immobilized with a splint, cast, or rigid walking boot depending on the location of the injury. You may need surgery if the fracture is not stable or is displaced. Have you physician determine which course of treatment is best for you.
