What disease does it test for when they inject fluid into your arm to see if the bump goes down or not?

PPD for TB: This sounds like a test for tuberculosis. Purified protein derivative is a marker for infection with tb. It is injected under the skin. If you have TB or have been exposed to tb, the area around the injection turns red and swells.
