Any advice on dealing with pregnancy acne?

Options:: If otc products havent' helped, ask your ob/gyn to prescribe a topical wash or gel like benzaclim, that has antibacterial properties, and my help with breakouts. You can try modifying your diet as well, but if nothing works, then try to take comfort in knowing that your skin will return to normal after the baby is born and that your treatment options will be much broader once the baby is born.
