Acne in pregnancy: There are some tips that may help you in your pregnancy acne. Try to wash gently with a mild cleanser twice a day. Make sure to use an oil free moisturizer. Try not to squeeze or rub your pimples to avoid scarring. Use non comedogenic make up that will not clog your pores. Try to figure out what triggers your acne and avoid those triggers although it may be largely due to hormonal changes.
