How common is mewds?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Rare: Mewds (multiple evanescent white dot syndrome) is a rare, unilateral, self-limiting inflammatory disease that afflicts young women more than men in a 4:1 ratio. Despite the lack of treatment, the prognosis is excellent. In a study done by the mayo clinic, the incidence of mewds was estimated to be about 0.22 per 100, 000 people (quite rare).
