Sure: Herpes is not a death sentence by any means. As long as you're careful the only time that you are contagious is when you have open ulcers. So, if you make sure not to have any skin to skin contact with those points you can't infect anyone if you're getting fever blisters or ulcers on your lips Valtrex (valacyclovir) is a wonderful drug and if you take it it can be very helpful.

The virus then hides in a nerve in the face or the groin, and becomes active from fever or cold and is called a cold sore or fever blister. When active, you can give it to someone else, by touch. Acyclovir pills work very well to kill the germ.
