Irrational fear of: Eyes. Someone who cannot do anything related to the eyes. Look into another person's eyes. Extreme shyness from possible low self esteem. Cannot put makeup around their eyes or wear contact lenses. Previous bad experience created a phobia. Best to see a psychologist or psychiatrist.
