Try: A combination of lotrimin (clotrimazole) cream with Hydrocortisone cream over the areas 2 x per day after a shower and see if that works. Do that 1 x per day for a month if the 2x per day after 3-4 days. It's likely a fungal infection, if so the lotrimin (clotrimazole) takes a while to grow out. Gd luc.
