Tubal: Having your tubes tied, ligated, burned or removed does not cause menopause but, if your last period was 15 years ago, it sounds like you went through menopause when you were 26 which is distinctly unusual. There must be more to this! discuss your full history with your gynecologist.

15 months?: The definition of menopause is one year without a period. While an early menopause is not common, it can happen. Your doctor an do blood tests to confirm.
