More info needed: More description of your symptoms is needed in order to make a differential diagnosis. Severe abdominal pain is worrisome. If the pain is persistent and especially if the abdomen is tender, a serious acute inflammatory abdominal process is a possibility, and you should go to the hospital emergency room as soon as possible where prompt attention and testing are available.
