Ok: I like the fiber part of it, but not to happy with it as a fat binder. Fat is not bad and it is necessary for weight loss. You just have to consume good fat like raw nuts, olive oil, coconut oil. There is also a huge problem with low vitamin d that has to do a great deal with not eating enough good fat. So this product seems to block fat absorption, not good. Feen, there are no short cuts.
