Stronger laxative: Neither of these drugs is available in the USA. Cremaffin is used as an antacid or Laxative and contains Magnesium Hydroxide and Paraffin (wax). Paraffin alone is a laxative: http://www.netdoctor.co.uk/medicines/digestive-health/a7016/liquid-paraffin-oral-emulsion-bp/ Cremaffin Plus also has sodium picolsulfate in it, a strong laxative.
