Had a barium swallow showed a narrowing now need a ct scan what will this show also have a lump between my breast does not hurt but are these connect?

Unlikely: Barium swallow assesses the width and contours of the esophagus, the tube that connects your throat and stomach. Narrowing (presumably of esophagus) may be related to a variety of factors, many benign and some more concerning. Cat scan is an x-ray which spins around you and generates a 3 dimensional picture of the inside of your chest or abdomen. Endoscopy may also be needed for further assessment.

Barium swallow and CT scan clean. I have lump in throat like being choked but not food related, i cut out acid foods. Just at 6pm-ish everyday, help!
So there really isn't that much more risk of developing cancer if you've had a barium swallow and get a chest ct scan done?
