Testicle trauma: He should be evaluated with an ultrasound to make sure that he does not have a torsion of the testicle. Otherwise cold compresses might help to reduce the swelling and pain an athletic supporter might also be helpful.

Testes Injury: Your son needs to see a doctor and get a scrotal ultrasound to check for possible testes injury. I advise this now.
