Cold Compress is bes: Advil (ibuprofen) or Motrin can alleviate your pain sumptoms but cold compresses/ice packs will be best to decrease inflammation. Remeber to always practice safe sex - condoms are even more important when intercourse is rough as it opens up even more contact with your blood stream.
