1-2 weeks: Stuffiness after a septoplasty is significantly resolved within the first 1-2 weeks, although complete resolution of nasal stuffiness may take up to a month. If rhinoplasty is performed as well, bruising (and most swelling) resolves within 10-14 days, although full resolution of minor swelling may take 6-12 weeks.

1 to 2 weeks: Recovery is pretty quick. You may need to miss a week of work, and you'll probably feel a little run down for a couple of weeks.

Septoplasty: You need about a week off. Be sure to have your nose evaluated by a board certified otolaryngologist.
