No: The only ways to enlarge your breasts are with an implant (breast augmentation) or fat grafting. These are surgical procedures. Massages, creams etc all do not work. See your local plastic surgeon for details.

Probably not.: The ligaments that support your breasts and the skin may stretch, but the volume of your breasts will not change with massage. The only proven way to enlarge breasts is with either implants or fat grafts.
