Cut Short: Smoking alone reduces life expectancy and with drug addiction it multiplies seriously quit now, it is not too late.

Less than : 10 years, if by drugs you are referring to opioids (heroin, oxycodone, fentanyl, Vicodin). The average opioid addict has a 10 year life expectancy from their date of first use.
