Don't panic: Firstly no test is perfect. Secondly it isn't really high ....You should discuss with the dr. Who did the test or see an allergist or pulmonary dr vocal cord dysfunction may not be related.

Next step: Get evaluated by a lung specialist or allergist. Further testing with a methacholine challenge test may be required. Other causes of elevated feno are also possible. Vocal cord dysfunction alone doesn't elevate feno.
