I just had a 20 minute nose bleed, both nostrils, an i keep coughing, it's finished but when i lie down i feel like chokin, what do i do?

Rinse throat: You may have some blood clots in the back of your nose. Try to rinse it out with water or saline. Another possibility is that you are still bleeding but that it is going back rather than forward in its egress out.
