Sinus pressure: Are you congested or suffer from sinusitis, pressure can buildup in you nasal and or maxillary sinuses and may cause you to feel a dull ache when you move around. Try nasal and sinus decongestants and see if it helps, if not you should see a dentist to rule out the possibility of a dental infection. Hope this help ...
