See below: Typically intercourse a few days prior to ovulation and the day of ovulation yield better results. The egg lives less than a day while sperm can live 5-7 days. Try to time things a few days prior to a positive ovulation test. Good luck!

Hopefully: Your testing suggests that your treatment has lead to ovulation, but no one can know for sure if you will become pregnant. If you use an opk, you should attempt pregnancy that day and for the next 2 days, though ovulation is most likely the next day. We can get 80-90% of couples pregnant and half of them will become pregnant.
