Possible: It is possible to be pregnant early on and not know it. Usually the menstrual cycle will be quite different if there is spotting during pregnancy. If there's any question please do a urine pregnancy test and check. A lot of the times there'll be bloating, fatigue, and breast tenderness with pregnancy.
