Will approach this: Generically, and suppose the trapped nerve could be the lateral femoral cutaneous, in which case, pain and paresthesias might do well on lyrica, (pregabalin) loose clothing and belts over hip area, and perhaps some pt. If it is femoral nerve, this could be associated with diabetes, and if not could benefit from pt also. Could the nerve compression be primarily back related? Perhaps a visit to neurologist?
