I had my period about a week ago n i been having cramps n they have been getting intense like stabbing but i notice im spotting also.. is this normal?

Nope: Could be a bladder infection, ovarian cyst irregular menses w/ delayed bleeding, gastrointestinal. I would go see doc, low abdominal pain, worsening, could be something significant.
