Nope: Could be a bladder infection, ovarian cyst irregular menses w/ delayed bleeding, gastrointestinal. I would go see doc, low abdominal pain, worsening, could be something significant. The pill would likely help you; i don't think it's serious but something that needs treatment. Despite the period, in your case we would check a upt if applicable.
