Buttocks bumps?: Tiny bumps filled with fluid - like blisters - could be herpes. But they are often painful. Solid tiny bumps that are sort of white/beige in color - and have a tiny divet in the center - may be molluscum contagiosum. These aren't dangerous, and will go away on their own - in time. You could also have a folliculitis - bumps associated with inflammation of the hair follicles. Get checked. Good luck.
