Get checked out: Pain localized to the joints with fatigue can be the result of an rheumatoid condition. Pregnancy can sometimes trigger some of the conditions to present themselves. There is blood work that can be done to screen for several issues. Depression could also be a cause. Get checked out by your pcp or ob/gyn.
