Tinnitus: Most common reason involves inner ear, a response by your acoustic nerve to degeneration, prior trauma, perhaps loud noise exposure, but could also be due to obstructed eustacian canal, transmitted blood vessel turbulence. Most likely benign and annoying, but might get examined to assure no future risks to hearing.
