Many possibilities: There are many triggers for people who are affected by migraines. Each person is different. Common triggers include certain foods, stress, lack of sleep, alcohol, medications, loud noises, bright lights, and other environmental factors. One question would be to really look at your life over the last number of months and try to identify a change that might explain things.

Recent changes : Clearly something in your life has changed recently. Without more information any answer is a total guess. However I am thinking that maybe you have had some hormonal changes such as possibly starting or stopping birth control?
