Depends: Dizziness is a symptom which can be related to the high blood pressure or to the treatment. So it depends on what her blood pressure is and whether she is currently taking any medications. She needs to have a physician to determine what to do next.

High blood pressure: Dizziness could be from the blood pressure being too high or too low. Get a blood pressure cuff and take her blood pressure when she is dizzy then bring that diary to her physician on her next appointment so her medications can be adjusted.

Dizziness and HBP : You mother may be suffering from changes in blood pressure and she also may have heart problem manifesting as an irregular heart beat. She may also be anemic. If she is your mother, she may be in her 60's and old enough to develop heart problems. Have her see her physician to check her blood pressure, get some blood sent to a lab and have her see a cardiologist to evaluate her cardiac rhythm.
