Many factors: Check for diabetes, control your cholesterol: ldl< 70, triglycerides < 90, hdl> 45 in a male, > 55 in a femaie. No smoking, manage weight with BMI < 28.

Man up: Ok so you had the heart attack. Now, you need to focus on secondary prevention, ie preventing or minimizing your risk of it again. You can do this by exercising, controlling your cholesterol, bloob pressure, diabetes if pertinent and by stopping smoking if you do.
