Stop depo provera (medroxyprogesterone): It can take up to 6 months or even more after the last Depo Provera (medroxyprogesterone) injection to have regular periods again. If you are having regular periods you could use an ovulation predictor to see when you are fertile. If it's over 6 months and no regular periods see your doctor.
