I keep getting a blurred circle shaped vision in my eyes every now and then? what could be the cause?

Maybe a floater: Sounds like it may be a floater but need more information to be sure. The fact that it comes and goes so easily makes it sound benign but you really should have an eye exam if you have not had one in a while.

Probably migraines: Is the blurred circle in your vision followed by a headache? Does the blurred circle tend to last 10-20 minutes? Do you have a family history of migraines? Motion sickness? These are all indications that your problem is a migraine. You should still see your eye doctor to get this check out to be sure that there isn't a more serious problem (like a problem with your retina).
