Possible: Depend on your age whether or not it is due to hormone changes , but some stress can affect your period.You need to see doctor for pregnancy test to be sure.

Yes: Yes it's possible that your bleeding last month was due to implantation of the embryo. If you are concerned then do a home pregnancy test.
