Hard to say: Starving the body long term can have adverse effects such as dehydration, electrolyte imbalance, hypoglycemia, weakness, fatigue, headaches, dizziness, syncopal episodes to name a few.Diet pills could excentuate these effects and cause tachycardia and blood pressure problems. Restarting a diet after starving also leads to rapid weight gain.Won't die for 5 days but probably won't feel great either.
