May have been : Pregnant, it's a little early to have pain and uterine bleeding if preg in tube, not impossible, , check upt, could have more than 1 issue, say a bladder infection, contributing to your pain. First thing though is to rule out a pregnancy and thus an ectopic pregnancy. May benefit from the pill for bleeding and contraception but pain not relenting, upt pos or bleeding out of control, go in.

Wait and see: It could be an early miscarriage, a random delay in your cycle (many possible causes), or even a continuing pregnancy. If a pregnancy test is negative then you are probably ok to simply watch and see what happens with your next cycle. If there are any doubts see your doctor.
