Not likely UTI: Probably some bladder irritation because you had a full bladder during scan. Ibuprofen or tylenol (acetaminophen) for discomfort. Azo may help. Get urine tested if not better by monday.

Any procedure: Can theoretically cause a UTI if they instrumented your bladder or gu system. A sonogram being outside your body is unusually not not the cause of a uti.
