Small cut outside anis. bit itchy but no pain. can it be herpes? had rash 2 days ago on other buttcheeck. dr thinks it's shingles & swabbed 4 herpes.

Probably not herpes: Herpes usually only occurs on one side of the body or the other, so going from one "butt cheek" is highly unlikely. Go back to your doctor and have him/her look at the new lesion.
