See your doctor: At your age and gender, it is not likely to be malignant, but these symptoms appear to be persistent and when associated with weight pain, should be followed by your physician with some addition tests, including blood work, urine tests and perhaps an ultrasound or ct scan. On the left side of your abdomen are: pancreas, stomach, spleen, large and small intestine, left kidney, left ovary.
