Could be, or not: Anxiety can produce all kinds of physical sensations, including shortness of breath and nausea. But these can also come from other sources as well, so please see your physician and get yourself checked out. If anxiety, there are good treatments available (not just meds). Your doctor can help you get started.

Could be but it: Warrants investigation to rule out an organic cause, such food insenstivity or other illness. Your symptoms deserve a detailed clinical history, physical examination and perhaps lab and imaging tests. It would be prudent to consult your doctor.
