Have it checked: Pain is both a symptom and a disease. Just taking narcotic medications without trying to find out the cause is not the way to address your problem. Have yourself evaluated by a physician.

See a doctor: Family doc or orthopedic doc but someone needs to evaluate this and since you are self-medicating/prescribing narcotics for this, you should do this sooner rather than later.
