I've seen my doctor about bruising under my toenails and they said it would heal on their own. the bruising is getting bigger, what do i do now?

However, see a podiatrist to make sure you have "bruising" and not something else. Also did the doctor tell you why and how you got the bruising?

Not sure if: Your doctor was your internist or podiatrist, but if you see a foot doctor they should be able to cut the nail back and remove the majority of the bruising.
