Several things: Problems like these can only be correctly handled by your doctor in person. He/she needs to listen to you, perform an examination and possibly run labs or other tests. That's the only way he/she can find out what's going on and what to do about it.

See MD ASAP: How do you know it is lymphatic fluid? Swelling all over is something that requires the skill of an md to look at you, perform tests (lab and otherwise) and make a differential diagnosis. Write a list down down of any new things that have changed: foods, body lotion, environmental changes. Then note any changes in bodily functions, routine. List organizes your thoughts to provide information.
