A member asked:

How long does it take for monistat 1 (tioconazole) to work on yeast infection?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

The next day: In general, symptoms will diminish before the medicine has completely eliminated the yeast infection. You should feel better by the next day. If you don't you could have a resistant yeast infection which would necessitate a different type of medication. See your doctor if it doesn't clear up.
